How long does the process take?
Most custom pieces take 7–14 days from confirmation to dispatch. Complex designs may take longer — we'll always give you an honest timeline upfront.
What materials do you use?
We print primarily in PLA+ and PETG for durability. Some decorative pieces use resin for finer detail. All materials are specified with each design.
Can I request a specific colour?
Absolutely. We have a wide range of filament colours. Include your preference in the commission form and we'll confirm availability.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. UK orders typically arrive in 2–4 days. International shipping is 7–14 days depending on destination.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
We stand by our craft. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll make it right — repair, reprint, or refund.
